Is my data really private?

Absolutely. All your data is stored locally on your device with military-grade AES-256-GCM encryption. We don't have servers, accounts, or any way to access your information.

How do I export my data?

Go to the Export tab in the app, select what you want to include, and generate a PDF or CSV file. The file is created on your device and you control where it goes.

What are clinical assessments?

These are validated questionnaires used by mental health professionals, including PHQ-9 for depression and GAD-7 for anxiety. They provide evidence-based insights into your wellbeing.

Can I use the app offline?

Yes! Mood360 works completely offline. All features, including notifications and data analysis, work without an internet connection.

Is the app suitable for therapy?

Mood360 is a wellness tracking tool, not a replacement for professional therapy. However, you can export reports to share with your healthcare provider.

What languages are supported?

The app is available in English, German, Dutch, Italian, and Turkish, with localized content and cultural considerations.
